the staff was really good. the classic art one-bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and quite spacious , offering ample room to relax. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar , with a lively atmosphere and offered panoramic views.
i did notice a slight musty smell in the hallway leading to my suite , which could benefit from better ventilation.

The hotel's location proved acceptable for exploring the city.
My stay included some very frustrating issues with the room itself. The bathroom tap sprayed water everywhere unless barely turned on, it was almost unusable. I also couldn't fully switch off the lights, so I unplugged lamps for darkness, which should not happen in this type of hotel.

the family suite was a great space. three separate bedrooms connected by a hallway suited us well. the location made it easy to walk to tourist sites. most of the staff spoke english well. spanish and catalan were also common.
the gym had few cardio machines. nothing else was available.
